Overview
Booking engine I built for independent tour operators. An AI chatbot sits on their site, qualifies enquiries, writes proposals in their branding, and feeds everything into a pipeline they can manage. 11 operators are using it live — each with their own site and admin dashboard.
The Challenge
Tour operators were losing leads at midnight, spending hours writing proposals by hand, and tracking everything in spreadsheets and email. Salesforce is way too much for a 5-person tour company. They needed something simple that just works.
The Solution
Each operator gets their own AI chatbot, admin dashboard, and customer portal — all white-labeled with their branding. Under the hood it's one shared platform with row-level security so nobody sees each other's data. The chatbot handles enquiries 24/7, writes branded proposals, and drops everything into a 13-stage pipeline. I can get a new operator live in about a week.
